I have ordered a product from myntra with Order ID # ******* ************** which was damaged. I have raised a request and delivery come to my door sted and due to technical error he hold the digital exchange. After connecting with the customer care they asked that they have raised a request and will exchange soon.suddenly they refused to exchange and refund due to internal issues.
