Plum s Vanilla vibes Body Mist - Damaged product received

I have ordered Plum's vanilla vibes body mist which has a nail polish remover smell and the bottle has some vapour marks on it the colour of the body mist is dark and complained in the application but nobody called not they provide any solution to me and closed my complaint after which I wrote to the customer care after mailing them for three days they revert back for reverse pick up but no message came for the reverse pick up and no other mail came from smytten, I have been fooled by smyteen and I am writing to them but they are not replying on my mail. I want full refund now.
