Flipcart - Damaged product not returned

I bought two shoes from flipcart but got one damaged and one used shoes . I requested for return but company is doing excuses and taking too much time . As return policy was within ** day but today it is ** day gone but yet company want * days to take any action so I request company should take this product return and refund my money
