Tools villa - damaged product is not taking return

Hi sir ,
I have ordered battery sprayer in tools villa .com on ** nov ****.
Your Toolsvilla Order GS******** for Heavy Duty **L Backpack Battery Sprayer, Sanitizer Sprayer **/** . And received on ** DEC ****.
I had complaint of the sprayer on ** DEC **** . which is the battery sparyer not working properly and i need to return the product.
From there end they make whats app video call and check the product and its not working they accept.
But they said we not able to take the product return we give some spare parts yourself replace it . for that i said sir i want your product please accept my return request.
But they denied all my request and said what ever you want do it we are not able to return the product in that way answered from customer care .
