I bought a renee black kajal from shoppers stop mani square mall, when i opened at home it was broken from tip, which i thought will get exchanged, i tried to get it exchanged, i didnt have the bill, but to my surprise it was not even billed on my no., also in inventory there was no mention of this product sold, theres some black billing going on
