Biswajeet Rout filed complaint against JBL India on Oct 1, 2020
I bought a JBL Quantom *** headphone from JBL India's website. When the product got delivered, I figured out that it was damaged. So i raised a complaint, and they scheduled a reverse pick up and collected the product. But now I do not see my product re delivered. They are also not giving me any info when it will be delivered.
I raised the complainant on **th July ****, and still it is not resolved.
