Teekart Customer Care - Damaged product delivery

I ordered three items from teekart company in which one order(painless hair remover) wasn't working properly and another( hair straightener brush) was broken. I sent a mail to company about this they said to return that order. So I returned that brush through courier. And then after few weeks later I got another hair brush that was also damaged. Again I sent mail to the company and this time I told them to refund my money back but they didn't even call for this purpose. This process have already taken *-* month.i must say their services are really bad.
