Saribox - Damaged product delivered

This is not just a forward, this is my experience. SariBox (www.saribox.com) is an online store selling sarees and dresses. They post beautiful pictures of sarees. But they sent poor quality products. Saribox is cheating people. The material is poor quality, , they sell it as silk so to make it shiny they have used a golden thread cloth and printed the design on it. Also the saree is so unprofessionaly cut that the design is also gone with the cut. You see threads coming off not only at the two ends but top and bottom too They have a return policy but they become inaccessible, there is no response to my email or there is no contact number easily accessible. There is this WhatsApp number +** **** *** *** which will accept request but when you complain they block you - just try it out. You get a call from another number ********** after you order online. Later if you try to reach this number no one responds. So it is just not me that they have cheated, else they should at least try to sort the issue out.
