I am Sathish Kumar, I placed an order for " Solar Automatic Car Cooler " on May **th, ****. Made payment through Central Bank of India Credit card and the product was delivered to me on **th May, **** by **:** AM. I was very unhappy with the product, its was damaged completely, it is just a trash, broken into * parts.
I sent six mails from ** May,**** but still no reply. Kindly advice how to file a complaint against the company for exchange or refund.
