I recently ordered a Game of Thrones Bookset from BoookD India and received it on ** Aug. However, the product was damaged. The boxset was torn and scuffed from *-* sides. As per their return & refund policy, I notified them of the severe damages by sending pics on WhatsApp immediately when it was delivered. They read my messages but never replied. I also messaged them on their Instagram page (https://instagram.com/boookd.india/) and emailed them with the pics and description but to no avail. They never even answered my calls. And have been ignoring my WhatsApp messages too.
