Gadgets mink - Damaged product delivered and no refund given

Bought a PU flip case phone cover which was delivered * days ago. The metal trim on it is heavily scratched - used product. Sent an email to Gadgets mink.com same day with pictures, but GM, still reusing to accept the fault and do a return & refund.
