I placed an order for Men's Cotton Multi Shade Shirt (Pack of *), Size L from Upgears.co.in for ₹*** under Order ID: #HB**********, which was confirmed on ** June ****.
However, when I received the parcel and opened it, I was shocked to find that instead of the shirts I had ordered, the package contained an old, used, and torn pair of jeans. The delivered item is completely different from the product shown on the website and mentioned in my order confirmation.
This has caused me financial loss of ₹*** and significant inconvenience and disappointment. I have already contacted the seller by email requesting a replacement or refund but have not received a satisfactory response.
I request that the company immediately provide one of the following:
Deliver the correct product as ordered, or
Issue a full refund of ₹***.
I have preserved the parcel, the wrong product received, screenshots of the order confirmation, and other supporting evidence, which I am submitting along with this complaint.
I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against the company for this misleading delivery and ensure that my grievance is resolved at the earliest.
