I ordered the product in **-**-**** & payment done through my credit card (Rs ****) & i received the damaged product on **/**/****. And i send the pics of that damaged product immediately and they ask to to return the product.then after its reached to them they told me that they cant refund the amount to me. And i feel very bad conversation from their customer service. So I understand i am cheated by onshop deals.(order no. *****)
