I placed order for ** succulent from nursery live. One evening I received * box containing * "plants" of which * were either dead plant or just a pot of mud. Of the remaining *, two of them were damaged i.e. broken and infected and died next day. We made a complaint to nurserylive very next day of receiving the package. They asked to wait for more plants to arrive. Later we received * box with remaining * "plants" in which again * was dried and * was just pot of mud. So out of ** plants we received * plants which were in manageable condition. Nurserylive as a solution gave us credit for * plants. We were already skeptical about the purchase after our previous failed seed purchased from nursery live (purchased * varieties of seeds, not * worked, not even a single sapling). We paid heavy delivery charges of ** for each order. Now they are giving us credit for * plants instead of * to place a new order to be disappointed again and paying another ** standard delivery fee. We don't want credit, we want refund. We have mailed multiple times, we are not getting any response whatsoever.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
