Londe in - Damaged piece delivered

Yesterday I received my parcel with * locket.. it was in very bad condition..one of the locket was not even wrapped in its plastic wrap it was hanging outside the box.. box was not even taped properly .. a locket which was in lock shape is having rust patches on it and it’s colour is also fainted .. I also made the unboxing video during opening my parcel.. Since yesterday I have had mailed them twice but there’s no response, also I tried to connect them through Instagram handle too but they are not replying.
I want you to resolve my issues asap!
