SROTOSWINI SIXTH NO STORE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED - Damaged peice delivered

I ordered the product online but i was delivered damaged product . *, the advertisement online on their page is misleading where it says the fabric is GEORGETTE but the product delievered is with low quality fabric *. the product delivered is damaged , with sequins coming out from various places on delivery . *.The packaging of the blouse was also not good and their customer service refused to exchange the product with better quality product when emailed in less than **hours of recieveing the damaged product *. the product fabric is low quality and they have not even provided lining inside the sleeve of the blouse *. THEY HAVE ALSO RESTRICTED THE REVIEW AND UPLOAD OF PICTURES FROM ALL CLIENTS , so the SITE NEVER GETS ACTUAL REVIEW WHICH MISLEADS CONSUMERS. I WANT FULL REFUND and RETURN OF THIS DAMAGED LOW QUALITY PRODUCT DELIVERED and the MISLEADING ONLINE DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES TO BE CHANGED WITH REAL PICTURES of THE PRODUCT SO OTHERS ARE NOT CHEATED
