Panthershieldz com - Damaged packaging and product

I had ordered a screenguard from panthershieldz.com on February **th **** and had already paid the bill through net banking but on Feb **th I was offered a neckband bluetooth headset for *** rupees that i could pay cash on delivery. I said okay and when i received the package on feb **th, it was good and working, except one of the earplug had a rubber fit support that was slightly broken. There were extra ear buds with neat packaging but there was no charging cable inside. So i wanted a replacement and upon complaining, i was asked to send the package to an address given by them, through courier mail and they would reimburse the charges amount to my paytm no. after they received the package.

But the replacement package was received in an even more worse condition on feb **th. The package was bent, damaged, broken inside and the product looked already used. It wasn't a new product and the left earpiece doesn't work. There were also no extra ear buds or charging cable (again). I got furious for waiting and now i had to repeat the same process of returning and hoping for a better replacement. Throughout this time, the company wasn't even responding well on time, they were not even ready to talk to me on voice call. Although i kept hope and returned back the package and was promised to get a better package but I received one on march *rd and its the same case again. Package broken inside, product looks old, left earpiece doesn't work, no extra earbuds, no charging cable. This is the third time now and I don't even expect another replacement. Honestly the product which i recieved first was way better than any other package. I either want my first package or compensation money for all the time, energy and money which i had lost.
