I BOOKED MY NEW BIKE HONDA UNICORN WITH REG.NO. TN** BJ **** ON **/**/**** FROM VILLUPURAM TO THRISSUR. THE INVOICE NUMBER IS CUD********* VALUED AT RS.**** BUT I HAVE BEEN COLLECTED RS. **** THROUGH GPAY. AS PER THE INFORMATION FROM CUDDALORE OFFICE, THE GOOD REACHED COIMBATORE ON THE VERY NEXT DAY. AGAIN ON **/**/****, I TALKED TO COIMBATORE OFFICE, THEY TOLD THAT THE TRUCK IS IN REPAIR AND WILL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY. I AGAIN CALLED THEM ON **/**/**** AND THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS NO VEHICLE AVAILABLE NOW TO TRANSPORT AND MOST OF THE PERSONS WHO BOOKED THE PARCEL HAS TAKEN IT BACK AND THE OPTION AVAILABLE FOR YOU IS TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER ** DAYS OR TO MAKE US TO SEND IN ANOTHER PARCEL SERVICES AND AT THAT TIME ONLY, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE VEHICLE IS DAMAGED AND BOOKED MY VEHICLE THROUGH COCHIN TRANSPORTS AND AGAIN THEY CHARGED ME RS. **** FOR THAT AND THE DAMAGED VEHICLE REACHED ME ON **/**/****. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THE PERSON TO WHOM I BOOKED, HE DID NOT RESPONDED PROPERLY AND GAVE THE MANAGER NUMBER TO REACH OUT. HE DIDNOT TAKEN MY CALL FOR * DAYS AND SAID THAT HE IS WAITING FOR THE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THE COIMBATORE OFFICE. AND AFTER * DAYS, HE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE IS DAMAGED IN THE TRANSIT AND WILL PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION FOR IT. NOW, NOBODY IS PICKING MY CALL AND I DO NOT WHAT TO DO FOR THIS RUDE BEHAVIOUR. THE HANDLE BAR, RIGHT SIDE CLUTCH WITH MASTER CYLINDER, SILENCER AND THE START-OUT SWITCH BOX GOT DAMAGED.
