I had placed order number ACVG****** on **th May. This was for * plants. * days later I called them to cancel the order but they said that order has been shipped and cannot be canceled. They also mentioned that they dont have any return policy. So basically I cant do anything but accept the order. On the contrary I received the shipping notification from Fedex * days later which proves they were lying about the shipping logic.
** days later I received the order and the plants were completely damaged and dead. As mentioned on their emails I immediately sent them an email with pictures of the delivered product. Noone responded on the email.
The plants ordered were Tulsi and their sending me dead plants have hurt my religious sentiments as well.
I request their fraud to be exposed to everyone and my money refunded.

I can share more pictures, invoice copy and delivery notification as well. Am allowed to attach only * file here.
