TechSquadTeam - Damaged my mattress

Attached is one of the videos of the people who came to my place to fix the mattress they had damaged.

I called TechSquad team people for mattress cleaning services but they left the mattress completly wet, soaked with soapy water claiming it will dry in * * hours. After a days the Manager (Barat) blamed me that i did not tell him that it is a memory foam mattress and he was not supposed to perform this procedure and he confessed this is the first time he was working with memory foam.

I could not sleep on my mattress for * days, it still has remains of soap, and their process of cleaning it will water has damaged the mattress.
Also what they offer on the website and what they perform are really different.
