Hi Team.
This is really disheartened and disappointed to write this email for very poor service getting from Flipkart.
This is related to OD****************** of Realme * (Diamond Black, ** GB) (* GB RAM).
this product was received yesterday night and reported display issue to customer care within * minutes.
I made several calls to the Flipkart Customer care team recently with Prashant , and has spoken to many people including the escalation team(Hritwik Tiwari) but they are not providing proper solution.
such services really disappointed and very frustrating.
Copied : CEO of Flipkart respected Mr. Kalyan Krishnamurthy & Group Chairman to help here.
Please help here to get phone replaced or refund.
