The Professional Courriers - Damaged laptop received

I received my laptop damaged on ** Apr **** by The professional courier which was absolutely ok before. my friend paid *** rs to courier my laptop from Andheri to surat as work from home declared. as soon as i know the laptop was damaged i tried call to the professional courier office, i tried to call of ** and **th Apr **** however no one picked the call. I send my friend to Andheri office on ** Apr and given the number of KIRAN. I called on the same number I talked with him, he was talking nicely and said share with me the photos of damaged laptop. i have share all detailes he asked. i called him *days after on ** Apr for an update but hi didnt received my call. thant i tried to call him on diffrnt time during office hourse but hi didnt picked my calls. Again i called to the professional courriers office and this time one lady picked the call she gave me one more number of surekhaji, i told her my problem and tell her kiran is not picking my call she told me kiran is very busy he will call you. i was keep trying his call but still he is not picking my call. Hence i decided to complain. they do not have any platform for complain, i have coplained via mail also but no reply received. I have also tried multiple time online complain but that was not registered.

Note: My laptop is working but sometimes getting problem in charging due to damage.
