We purchased one item from ajio shop kottarakara and that was damaged.we returned it in shop.After that we ordered same item through ajio ap and received same damaged item returned in shop.kottarakkara shop customer service also very bad.

Dnmx jacket – Jacket collar fadedClosed
I have purchased a dnmx jacket from reliance trend but within six months its collar completely faded .Also its leather coating is now looking very rough and faded.
