I bought an Aquagrand water purifier RO+UV on **th Feb, **** (order no *******) from jaldifatafat. I want to register a complain that water is leaked from the upper area of the purifier after * months of use. We are unable to use the product. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Can I return the item or get replacement? I lodged this complain on **th April through email, but did not got any response from jaldifatafat.
