THE HAIR PALACE LONDON - Damaged hair and not refunding amount

I visited THE HAIR PALACE LONDON, Ashok Vihar for Keratin services and Mr.Hitesh Consulted me and my mother & we bought a package of INR **** (* Global hair colour and * advanced keratins) & got services done by the hairdresser Mr.Salman on **th Nov ****. We went for hair wash on **th Nov **** and complained for hair damage and got redo slip by Ms.Sonia Rai. I connected with the founder, Mr.Dinesh Arora (**********) on Instagram and whatsapp for refund and he convinced me to visit for corrections. I visited the salon again on **th Nov **** and Mr.Raj consulted me, but since the salon was not having the products, they asked me to wait for few days. I visited the salon again on **nd Dec and Mr.Raj did keratin on my and my mother\'s hair and our hair got further damaged. Ms.Mahima gave us a redo slip again. I tried connecting for refund but the owner, Mr.Dinesh asked to get it done again as they will not refund the amount. WE WANT THEM TO REFUND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. HELP US PLEASE.
