*. The kurtas received were not those shown in the advertisement. They were of different sizes the material was damaged.
*. I asked them to return the package and refund the amount paid by me.
*. They refuse to return the money paid. They want me to pay an additional amount of Rs *** and also pay for the shipping charges to mail it back to them.
*. Even then they will not refund the money but will put it in their wallet to be used for purchase later.
*. I cannot be forced to buy from them again. I want a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
