Hindchef - Damaged goods delivered

After lot of Hardwork we got our Ice cream Parlor ready and all set to open . But this Faluty product from Hindchef the ice cream rollmachine was badly damaged and never worked. When i Complaint to them after lot of deliberation they replaced the product this time gain with faulty product which is not working. My entire expense and time seems to be going waste because of these guys. They are big time fraud they do not have any local support however they have put one person name in Bangalore who do not have any technician or anything for support and now non of them are answering the calls as well.
