I Ordered kurta dress for Rs.*** on cash on delivery.i received parcel but I order size is s but I received m size . the dress is too large , so I am going to exchange the dress they told me change any other dress. So I change my kurta to saree for Rs.*** i asked them you should refund the remaining amount of Rs.*** to me. they said, yes,we should return your remaining amount .so I order saree for Rs***. I received saree but saree is damaged ,I inform to them , they said again to exchange the dress but they didn't exchnge product everyday I called and message them, they didn't reply me. So I asked for refund my money, they didn't refund my money ,they blocked me in whatsapp,instagram,call and message.
