Laundry Waves - Damaged Curtains

I gave my curtains to LaundryWaves for dryclean on **/**/**. They washed the curtains instead of dryclean and the curtains are useless now as they shrunk a lot and lost its shape. I demanded compensation but they told me they sent the curtains to their plant for fixing. How ridiculous...when I asked them how can they fix any cloth which has shrunk around *-* inches, they had no answers. No details were given as to what was going on with the curtains. They tried to redeliver and I rejected because they have become useless for me. Now I need to spend money and get new curtains done just because of their negligence. Its been over * months and the management just don't care. I have called hundreds of times, sent so many text msgs.. but they rarely respond. I asked for talks with higher management to settle for reasonable compensation but they denied. Such pathetic service , customer care and management. Not just monetary loss due to damaged curtains but I am harassed mentally and distressed as amount of time I have been spending on phones and messages with no proper response. They just disconnect or ignore my calls. The curtains cost was around RS.*****.
