Earlier, I made a request and lodge complaint several times for AC. But regret to say no action has been taken till date. However, In spite of the above, I have lodged a complaint on dated **-**-**** and allotted ticket no-**********. But till date, IFB representative/technician has not visited to attend the complaint. Once again I have lodge complaint and allotted ticket no-**********. But still, I am waiting for the response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
