I had ordered a special rainbow cake for my child’s birthday party. Unfortunately, the order was delivered late, well beyond the selected delivery slot, and the cake itself was damaged and leaning to one side. This led to an extremely embarrassing situation in front of our guests. As this was the first birthday party we had planned for our child, the cake completely spoiled the celebration.
