Model Bakery - Damaged Cake Recieved

Yesterday I have ordered a Birthday cake from Swiggy which I have get deliver after *.* hour as well when I have recieved the order the cake was damaged . I have asked delievery boy he was saying he met with an accident so that's why Cake was damaged .. But Actually it Not seem .. I complain about this to help desk they were saying mail it to help desk you will get your refund till tomorrow but no one has reply me till now they were doing fraud ...
Kindly help me this on priority basis as well take strick action against them....
