Ordered the cake and the delivery was done with all damaged cake .
Despite of sending the pictures of a damaged cake and also the delivery personnel were not even keen to reply to the messages.
It's been * days am chasing the customer care they dont even have the courtesy to call the customer and understand the issues and resolve it.
One of the pathetic app ever I dealt with in my whole life.
I should have preferred my local cake shop, I went with the reviews and thought these people will be genuine.
They have put me down and will never order or recommend anyone to ever use such non genuine app for special occasions of your dear ones.
They are completely a spoiler
