KVN SRINIVASA RAO filed complaint against Exide on Jul 12, 2023
I purchased a Activa Scooty Exide XLTZ* battery on **-*-****. The shop owner given me * years warranty. But the battery was not working * times, first in May **** and June ****. That * times the battery was discharged. The shop owner charged that battery in that two times also. He didnot give me the new battery. He said Exide battery servicing is not good. I want justice from company. That scooty wad using my wife. When that battery is not working suddenly she donot start the scooty, because ladies are nor do kick start easily. Many times she troubled in heavy traffic areas. If i have not come justice i will go to consumer forum about this issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
