I had given my clothes to Tumble Dry Laundry and Cleaners for cleaning. They have misplaced a few items and have also damaged a few. Upon complaining to the store manager, he got rude and threatened to kill me. Post writing emails, they took their own sweet time and did not act as per the promised timeline. They refuse to compensate for the damaged clothes and deny to return the clothes which were misplaced.
