Hello Voxya team,
I have purchased refurbised mobile handset in superb grade from Xtracover on ** April **** which was later delivered on ** May **** in damaged condition as display folder was loosely attached with the body moreover mic is only not working properly.
I have shared images and videos with XtraCover support team but they denyied replacement giving a reason that Customer have damaged the product itself.
I request you kindly help me in refund or replacement.
