Reliance Digital Aundh - Damaged AC delivered

I had purchased Blue Star *.* IC***DBTU AC on **st March **** from reliance Digital Aundh Branch.
All the staff was very helpful to provide the required information and solve my concerns regarding AC,they promised that the delivery will be done on the next day i.e.-**nd March ****.
As promised the AC was delivered on **nd March ****,on the **rd I had called the technician to istall the AC Unit.
He came with his team on **rd Morning as promised.
When the AC was opened by the technician I observed that the outer unit is damaged – Please find the attached pictures.
I asked the technician how did this happen, on that he mentioned that the outer unit is damaged, you have to return the AC as I cannot install it.
He also mentioned that it may cause problems in coming future.
He shot my video and asked me to mention in that video that I need an replacement for the AC,I did the same.
I then called reliance Digital Aundh Branch to inform regarding the same to which they mentioned that we will update you soon.
Since then I am not getting any support from reliance team and mentioned that your AC unit will not be replaced.
