Goodyear - Damage tyre replacement rejected even within warrenty

Newly purchased elite i ** car tyre bubbled on the tyre , it is within warrenty, within two year and also driven just *****km only,,, after the found bubble on the tyre I approach the car showroom ‘star Yundai’ bannimantap road mysore,,, after there investigation, they asking me to bear **% tyre coast for replacement ,,, I am asked for fully replacement because of within warranty,,, they rejected, kindly give justice to this.
Goodyear has rejected Claim number Q********** dated *th Aug **** and refused to replace the tyre under warranty. The rejection letter is attached.
