During my travel from pune to nanded on **/**/**** in prasanna purple travel bus no. MH ** **** all my luggage which were in backside of the bus were damaged by rats . Luggage worth around **** to **** were damaged and when I informed the driver he refused to answer and also the company refused to repay the damage.
