This is to inform you that i had procured one costly shirt from Metro mall Kalyan branch in June ** for wearing on occasion i.e. Ganesh chathurthi, While wearing a small hole found on the back of shirt...as i lost invoice, hence i didn't contact the store...
Recently I got a call from your Head Office to visit our Kalyan Branch as new stock arrives... I told that i had lost faith in your brand as i received damage piece...she assured that my complaint will be resolved just give mobile no. to store... but when visited he completely denied telling that they are having only one month data.
Will anybody help from your side...
