Anil electric shop Giridih - Damage product Not providing bill

I have purchased a Roxy pedestal fan on **-**-**** from Anil electric shop Giridih. I found the fan making furious noise on **-**-****at **:**pm and then I off the fan and put a call to the agent and the agent told that 'bring it to us tomorrow morning we will repair. Then I took it to the shopkeeper on **-**-****. The shopkeeper told me it will take two days to get repair, however i bargain it for next day, because it is mid summer season too sunny unbearable climate. When I went to the shopkeeper on **-**-**** to get it, they told me the fan blade was broken and it will cost ***.** rupees. When I asked for the bill they refused and misbehaved me. It is astonished that within one month of purchase how fan blade get broken inside and the rude behavior of the shopkeeper along with not providing bill.
