Evok Hindware Furniture House - Damage product delivered

Bhagirath filed complaint against Evok Hindware Furniture House on Aug 7, 2020

I was brought the fancy mirror from evoke company through online portal. But they delivers me broken mirror. I was mail photodraph and call also to custmor care to inform them regarding product. I regularly follow up regrding this issue from the last * month but they are not taking any action on it or not solve my problem at their end.
