Travel light American tourister - Damage of suitcase

Sent from my iPhone I Sandeep Bafna on **/*/** along with my wife Rita pirgal & my son Rishaan Bafna travel from Jodhpur to Bangalore (PNR:*CYRO*) flight number AI***from Jodhpur to Mumbai and flight no.AI*** from Mumbai to Bangalore.ETKT ***************,ETKT *************** & ETKT ***************.Also carrying *(four) number of baggage’s tag no.****AI******,****AI******,****AI******&****AI******.After arriving at Bangalore Airport I was shocked to see that my one cartoon and one bag tag no.****AI******&tag no.****AI****** have not been received at Bangalore airport,I gave complaint regarding the same.Because of these incidents has effected mentally I didn’t check the actual condition of two suitcases tag no.****AI******& tag no.****AI****** after reaching at home at **.**pm I found that one of my suitcase tag no.****AI****** is completely damaged & broken this I couldn’t notice at airport as it was covered with plastic cover I was emotionally disturbed because of loss of one cartoon & one bag I was also carrying one year old child I was in hurry to reach home ,so after reaching at home I noticed damage of my suitcase & I tried to contact the concerned person phone no.**********,*********** and there was no response ,the value of suitcase rs***** (American tourister travel light)

in the morning I received one cartoon and one bag for which the complaint I given on **/*/** and I also received call from ********** on phone I also inform her regarding the damage of my suitcase she asked me to mail the complaint regarding the same .Accordingly I filing this complaint I felt very sad for damage of my suitcase and negligence from your reputed air company.I here with ask your company to compensate the loss of rs***** the value of suitcase immediately without any delay &oblige and also Iam sending photos of damage suitcase
