Star Villa - Damage of personal property

I had booked a room with Hotel Star Villa, Paharganj, New Delhi. They overbooked and sent me to stay with another hotel at ** am. I am a female with luggage and upon insisting, the hotel receptionist agreed to carry my skybag trolley luggage to the other hotel. Throughout the * minute walk, the service boy dragged my trolley through the potholes and dirty road which resulted in the damage of the trolley wheel. This bag was only used once. I bought this bag for this particular trip. Being a new bag which I took utmost care, this service boy threateningly shouted at me when I accused him of such damage. I also had to cross * extremely drunken men while I was going to this new hotel. At * am, I had no means to go to another hotel so I had to stay there, fearing for my safety. I couldn't sleep and this type of harassment caused mental strain on me. Mental harassment includes the damage of my trolley wheel, the poor and unsafe hotel premises, the constant thumping noise from the adjoining bar and loud drunken hotel staff. Therefore, I demand an apology letter and monetary compensation (including wheel replacement charges and mental harrasment) from Hotel Star Villa.
