My mobile handset got damage on *.**.**** and next **.**.**** i applied for claim to the company. I have submitted all the necessary documents which have been asked to submit by insurance company.
Its more than * months, still i have not received the damage mobile and claim cheque. Every time i used to call the call centre guys or Mr Kailash(**********), Regional Head, Mumbai or Mr Aakash Kasaundhan(**********), head, Operations, Delhi, however I am not getting any satisfactory answer or status.
I desperate now, as after such a long time company is unable to settled the claim on time.
