Ekartl - Damage item delivered on open box delivery with misconduct

I ordered a samsung watch * **mm , on the open box delivery the watch was damaged by the wishmaster then i say him to rejection of the order then the wishmaster misconduct me about the return policey and says me now you give me the otp after ** hours for this order is showing delivered you will able to raise return complaint.
