On **nd August, ****, I placed an order for battery replacement of Iphone *S with Maple store at seawoods grand central Navi Mumbai. Your customer service representative diagnosed the phone with no issue and replaced the battery and handed over the phone to me on Monday i.e. **/**/**** (Delivery report attached). The next day i.e. on **/**/**** phone got stuck at apple logo during a call and is unable to start. Same day the phone was taken to the store, now your customer service representative says that the phone is showing "error *" which is an hardware issue and the device needs to be replaced {was this not the problem at the time of conducting the diagnose of the device?}
The replaced battery was not even capable of being used for ** hours from the time of delivery and the hardware issue occurred. This is purely an inefficiency of your engineers while operating the device.
SInce then, i am now left with no phone (All thanks to Maple service). I demand you to pay me a refund of Rs. ****/- i.e. cost of the battery, which is totally unused.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
