Hi,
I ordered grocery items with Amazon pantry but got some items damage so I complaint to amazon customer care. Than he replied me.
I am writing to you regarding your Order No:- ***-*******-*******
We regret the inconvenience caused to you. As you have stated that the Products are damaged.
I confirm the damaged items are as follows
Product- * Qty Fortune Rozana Basmati Rice, *kg
Product- * Qty Dhampure White Crystal Sugar, *kg
Product - * Qty Fortune Soyabean Oil, *L Pouch
Product - * Qty Mother Dairy Cow Ghee, *L
But after thats he close my account and send me this mail...
