Ordered a saree (Order ID: #MYS***** from MysorePattu.com on *th June **** for an amount of Rs. ****/-. Upon delivery on **th June ****, I found the product was damaged/defective, with visible tear, stains, weaving faults. I immediately contacted customer support, shared photographs, and requested a return and full refund. However, my request was denied without valid reason, violating my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, ****. While on a call, company executive misbehaved with me & harassing me that they will not refund any amount & i can proceed with legal complaint saying they are unshaken and cannot do anything. Its been a month & i have been behind them following up for my hard earned money. I am a professional doctor & this is taking my time away from valuable service. I seek urgent resolution by accepting the return of the damaged saree and processing a full refund, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused.
