I have Hitachi Window Ac *.* ton * start, I registered a complain to Hitachi for service on **th-Jun-****. Due to service engineer mistake I spent INR ***** to repair through authorized Hitachi service agent. I had sent written complain to customer care on **-Jun-**** but response from customercare@jci-hitachi.com was just to say “Forwarded your concern to our area service in charge.”, And last ** months I am still waiting to resolve my concerns.

Since I have purchased new Hitachi Split AC, this prventive routine service contract has become unnecessary. Thane city repair unit mismanaged the whole affair not giving correct information.
